Position Title: Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Phd/PsyD (Licensed or Associate w/ 1500+ hours)

Founded in 2009, TherapyWorks is a leading counseling practice offering modern mental healthcare and comprehensive counseling support to children, teens, and adults.

Position Summary: As part of a lively, engaging, and professional multidisciplinary team, the candidate for this position will provide assessment and counseling services to children, teens, adults, couples and families.

Schedule: 25 to 30 Client Hours Weekly

Total Compensation + Benefit Packages from $75,000 to $135,000 Annually:
Compensation range is dependent on client caseload and actual hours worked

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or PhD (registered associates with over 1500 will be considered)
• Professional and passionate therapist
• Motivated, committed, and energetic team player
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Minimum two-year commitment
• Must currently not be working in private practice

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, families and groups.
• Assessment, treatment planning, documentation and termination responsibilities
• Maintain timely and accurate client records and calendar using practice software
• Engage in collaborative coordination of care with clients, parents and support staff as needed, including collateral communication with psychiatrists, teachers, etc.
• Attend weekly team meetings and work as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession
• Be flexible and receptive to change as part of an expanding and growing company
• Other duties as determined necessary
