THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The position will assist in the weekly print orders from the third-party print vendor(s) that Pricing utilizes and will investigate and resolve store and office support tickets relating to same printed materials. This role will also assist with promotional offer quality assurance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble and submit weekly orders with third-party print vendor(s). Work with internal partners and third-party printer(s) to ensure orders are processed completely, accurately and on time.
- Proof and perform validations on weekly order output prior sending to print including viewing PDF proofs and printed samples to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support relating to print materials support requests (tickets, email, phone, etc.) from both office and stores resulting in their swift resolution.
- Assist with promotional offer quality assurance by analyzing test results and confirming that the system is functioning correctly.
- Provide store support for promotional issues during rotating weekend and holiday coverage; will receive training on promo process.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Retail experience required.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
- Possess problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy/detail oriented.
- First-rate communication skills; ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
- Positive attitude/strong work ethic.
- Must be available for rotating weekends and holidays
