Job description
- Maintain pricing of all convenience store products in Pricebook to include implementation of promotions, new product entries and changes in retail pricing
- Keep Pricebook updated by removing inactive items and correcting the standardized names for products entered
- Ensure price changes are entered into Pricebook in a timely fashion
- Delete discontinued items from Pricebook
- Push updates to stores on all changes
- Troubleshoot issues with merchandise not scanning and resolve
- Review invoices daily for accuracy and accept invoices submitted through scanning from each store in C-Store
- Maintain a promotion calendar monthly
- Assist with any promotion activity as designated
- Run Reports on promotional items to submit to vendor for payment
- Resolve issues with vendor invoices for payment
- Assist with the processing of inventories by making needed adjustments in Pricebook
- Assist with price adjustments on deli items in Pricebook
- Reconcile credit card totals from the Shell and Exxon network and research any dispute notifications as well as assisting customers with retrieving credit card receipts
- Verify Fuelman and Gift Card transactions with the Shell and Exxon network
- Lottery auditing functions
- Familiarity with Loomis and ATM auditing functions and processes
- Work closely with auditing team to streamline processes and maintain accuracy of information
