Job description

The Director will be responsible for providing an appropriately safe, inclusive, caring and enriching environment for all children enrolled. They will be responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner, setting an example for children, parents and co-workers. The Director is responsible for complying with all standards set by the New Mexico State Licensing Bureau, CACFP requirements, and all other responsibilities listed by ECHO, Inc. policies and procedures. The director is responsible for, scheduling appropriate teacher/child ratio and may need to fill in as a classroom teacher or cook as needed. Experience in FOCUS and NM Free Pre K is preferred. The Director will work in collaboration with staff as well as the ECHO, Inc. Executive Director and Finance Manager. The qualified applicant, per New Mexico guidelines, must have at least 2 years of childcare experience, an associates in early childhood education or near completion of the degree or a national administrators certification (NAC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
