Forsgate Country Club features two courses: the Banks Course and the Palmer Course. The historic Banks Course was designed by Charles H. Banks, one of America's celebrated "Golden Age" architects. Regarded as an architectural gem, the "traditional" design of the Banks Course features many holes inspired by some of the legendary Scottish courses, as well as Banks' signature steep and dramatic greenside bunkers. The scenic Palmer Course, which includes holes designed by Arnold Palmer and Hal Purdy, features water hazards on 10 of its holes.

Forsgate Country Club is recruiting for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced full-time Prep Cook. The right candidate will have experience prepping and being able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand on their feet for 8-hour shifts.

The schedule for this position is between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. You will need to be on your feet for your entire shift and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow employees and your manager/supervisor. A pre-employment cooking test may be required for this position.

Job Tasks:

• Prepares all required items.
• Sets up service units with needed items.
• Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
• Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages.
• Ensures that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.
• Assists the Sous Chef in maintaining security and safety in the kitchen.
• Maintains neat professional appearance and observe personal cleanliness rules at all times.

Forsgate Country Club, founded in 1931, is an exclusive, full-service, 36-hole golf facility that is a family-owned private club. Forsgate offers golf, fitness and social activities in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
