- Du bringst deine Leidenschaft bei der Entwicklung neuer Formate für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kolleg*Innen im Außendienst und im Brand Team ein
- Du unterstützt uns dabei, Trainings zu konzipieren und Trainingsmaterialien aufzubereiten
- Du machst gemeinsam mit uns die Brand Teams und den Außendienst fit in digitalen Themen
- Du erstellst Onboarding-Pläne für neue Mitarbeiter
- Du bereitest Themen auf unserer internen Learning Plattform auf
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Gestaltung von Trainings in unserem Digitalen Learning Management System (LMS) und stellst Trainings in unser AbbVie Learning Center (ALC) ein

Du bringst folgende Qualifikationen mit:
- Du studierst im Bereich BWL/VWL, Mediendesign, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Erwachsenenbildung und bist für ein Bachelor / Masterprogramm immatrikuliert
- Du hast Spaß an kreativen, konzeptionellen aber auch umsetzungsstarken Aufgaben
- Du bist proaktiv und arbeitest sorgfältig und eigenständig
- Du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen, Programme und Systeme ein
- Du kannst gut mit PowerPoint und Excel umgehen
- In Themen wie das Erstellen von Videos & Animationen arbeitest du dich gerne ein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie solide Englischkenntnisse sind eine Grundvoraussetzung
