Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Post-Construction Cleaning Technician with us, you will be responsible for providing superior interior and exterior cleaning services after construction has been completed to ensure each job site is move-in ready for customers & tenants.

• Travel to assigned job sites through course of your shift to provide various cleaning services as designated by in the scope of work scheduled by the Operations Management Team.
• Accurately perform various cleaning services from rough clean to final clean to white glove clean once construction has been completed at job site.
• Properly facilitate the removal and disposal of all trash and debris from construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean site surfaces including but not limited to; floors, baseboards, counter tops, cabinetry, appliances, closets, light fixtures, doors, walls, windows and balconies.
• Properly execute various cleaning procedures & techniques from; quick wipe down, dust, mop, wash and vacuum.
• Remove paint from floors & surfaces.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment such as; vacuums, dusters, buffers, etc.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures for cleaning structures/contents and handling.
• Paid On-the-job training will be provided.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Required: A Valid Driver’s License (TVDL's accepted)
• 1 Year - Post construction/renovation cleaning experience required.
• 1 Year - Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is preferred
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of team.
• Heavy lifting may be required.

Hiring Timeline: Urgently Hiring – Immediate need to fill five (5) positions.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: 1st Shift primarily 6:30AM – 3:00PM | Monday – Friday | Overtime Available | Some weekend work required on occasion.
