Position Summary

As a Plant Accountant you will provide consistent, accurate, recording of plant operations and financial information. You will ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to secure all company assets, assure compliance with Division and Corporate guidelines, and meet Nestlé Accounting Standards across practices.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable responsibilities that include creating purchase orders as the primary buyer for services and indirect materials
• Provide oversight of the lease management process for the factory to ensure accuracy with reporting
• Provide analysis and support on material and financial results to aid the leadership team in achieving budgets and loss targets
• Provide support for the Materials and Financial Accounting SAP period end close as the back-up for the Lead Accounting and Senior Analyst Accounting
• Provide support for the accounting of plant fixed assets, ensuring capital jobs are closed accurately and in a timely manner within division guidelines
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting (preferred)
• 1+ years' experience in general accounting
