Location: 935 ½ Sunshine Rd. Kansas City, KS 66115

Schedule: Monday- Friday 4pm-12:30 am (3rd shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Receives, opens, sorts and logs in daily samples, as necessary.

· Receive/Open mail packages and organize samples in the correct trays

· Dispose of packaging material per process (recycling bins or trash bins)

· Qualifying Samples (Data Entry) includes alphanumeric, but mostly numbers; identify correct customer (~30 seconds to 1 minute processing/sample).

· Sort/Login samples and place in correct tray

· Refers to work instructions or standard operating procedures, as necessary.

· Maintains work area to facility housekeeping standards.

· Attends and participates in monthly Safety Meetings

· Open packages of consumables and entering them into the lab’s electronic inventory system.

· Monitor and order laboratory inventory

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
