A little about the position:

You are the goal-getter! Whether it’s sales, customer experience, local marketing or staff management you will be driving your studio and team members to reaching and exceeding their goals. This is a full-time position that typically works from 40-45 hours per week.

Here’s what you’d be doing:

• Giving each customer an amazing experience from the moment they book their session and ensuring that every team member is doing the same.
• Photographing customers including, infants, kids, families, couples, and more. Professional photography experience would be great, but it’s not required.
• Managing a small team which will include hiring, training, mentoring, scheduling and most importantly, aligning everyone towards meeting the studio’s goals.
• Driving customers into the studio using local marketing tactics.

• Thoroughly communicating with your team members, regional managers, members of the home office, and your contacts at the host store.

• Analyzing trends for sales, payroll, inventory, etc., and planning for future needs accordingly, so that the studio is running as efficiently as possible.

• Ensuring that the studio is always exemplifying brand standards in the way it is presented to the customer.

• And, of course, additional responsibilities as needed.

Here’s what we need from you

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great communication skills
• Ability to fulfill occasional travel requirements.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team to meet goals
• Fast learner
• Capable of training and managing team members
• Working knowledge of basic computer software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, along with bending, squatting, sitting, crawling and standing for long periods of time.
• Photography experience preferred but a willingness to learn required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as required.
