DogsWorld, Jupiter’s most exciting pet care business, is looking for a Pet Resort Manager that shares the same enthusiasm for dogs and high standards of pet care.

We’ve also won the Best of Palm Beach County Award for Best Pet Resort and Best Pet Lodging in 2022. We're all pet lovers and our management has advanced, formal pet care training to ensure the highest standards of safety and care in the area.

We are currently seeking a high-energy, customer service-focused, enthusiastic individual to fill the full-time Pet Resort Manager position. The ideal candidates should be able to step in and be hands-on team members supporting all departments with supervisory authority to ensure exceptional care is provided.

• Knowledge of the importance of safety and sanitary standards and willingness to uphold them
• Ability to handle busy daily schedule and ensure completion of daily goals
• Ability to consistently hold individuals accountable when necessary
• Ability to learn and implement a proven system

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring procedural compliance with staff members on the canine care team & grooming department
• Overseeing health & general care of pets i.e., ensuring proper wellness exams, sharing medical concerns with GM and pet parent
• Conducting regular facility walkthroughs to ensure safe & sanitary conditions, and tour readiness
• Managing and supervising training of new staff members
• Coaching, motivating, and training employees
• Ensure all opening/closing checklists are completed including all necessary paperwork
• Maintain inventory and provide bi-weekly lists to GM or Owner

Candidates who are successful in this position may have previous kennel manager, veterinary manager, pet care manager experience. Candidates with a strong record of management success in alternate fields will also be considered.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
