Residential Pest Control technician wanted for full time position in a growing Pest Control Company.....The Highest Overall Rated Company in SE Michigan.

*Signing Bonus if hired on by 5/9/23 ($500)

*Technicians in HIGH DEMAND for northern oakland county, Ann Arbor area, and Macomb county. We are accepting applications from all of the Tri-County area.

Training starts immediately after hire, full time work after 1-2 week training period (depending on experinece)

Customer base is middle - high income homes throughout the SE Michigan area. No shortage of work. This is a COMMISSION ONLY based position. (hourly wage rate in specific certain instances) You will be given jobs from our sales team as well as be expected to help generate new jobs around the existing clientele. Higher commission compensation is given for any new business brought in. All promotional products (flyers, cards, etc.) will be provided for you.

25% Commission for Revenue of company scheduled jobs

30% Commission for new business brought in from technician sales

35% Commission for upsells provided to existing clientele.

Also generous commission for contracts sold by technicians.

Strong work ethic required, able to do critical thinking for pest situations.

Non-Certified applicants will be trained to pass the State of Michigan Pesticide technician exam to become a certified (company pays for this). We do ask that you have at least 1 year experience working outside, or in "service" jobs where you have dealt with customers face to face.

After 3 months of employment you are eligible for medical insurance coverage.

• Treating homes for elimination & prevention of insects (crawling and stinging-wasps/hornets/yellow jackets) ,
• mosquito and tick control treatments to properties
• rodent elimination (Interior and Exterior)
• minor wildlife removal (animal trapping/birds/bats).
• Minor repair work ( caulking, flashing, sealing) You have the option do the repair work you sell. (You will be trained on doing minor repair work)
• You will also be trained on doing exterior and interior inspections of homes on how to prevent future pest problems

This is a 1099 employee position with high revenue potential due to our large and continoual expanding customer base. Assistance with tax filing on a quarterly basis is available so there is no surprise at the end of the year of taxes owed. We work with you to provide all help needed.

Training includes in office education, ride-alongs with techs, review of all services provided by the owner, and an Employee Service Manual will be provided.

Uniforms and all necessary equipment provided. We have all the most updated equipment (safety equipment also) Gas card provided, and supply/material bank provided to purchase random items needed throughout week.

Weekly check out (Monday Morning at office) to receive materials needed for week and turning in paper work. We provide a tablet and easy-to-use software to document work. GPS is also in the software.

Will mainly be working solo, but will be working with other techs or teams on larger jobs.

Most treatments do not require working with large equipment, BUT, Must be able to work on ladders when necessary, climb into attics or crawl spaces when necessary, be able to use our 4 gallon backpack sprayer units for exterior service.

Monday-Friday 830 - 5 or 6 pm (flexible) Saturdays if you wish to work them.

Must have good driving record-. We service all of Metro-Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Brighton Area. Plus we book our jobs by appointment in the office so techs do not need to call and schedule any jobs. We give our techs ample time to complete jobs and do not rush them. Good work environment and no working late nights.
