We need driven, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to share in our values. Our mission is to provide the very best private nursing care to our clients, in their home and foster safety and autonomy. Affirmed Home Care is looking for a Per Diem RN that can assist our Care Managers out in the field when needed. These nurses could be asked to do visits, start of cares, conducting supervisions and competencies on caregivers, as well as answering phone calls and giving report to aides.

*Weekend availability a HUGE plus!

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Two years recent clinical experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated successful track record of working independently

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• Annual physical within one year
• PPD or Quantiferon within one year or chest x-ray within five years
• MMR labs
• COVID vaccine card with booster

Pay: $1.00 per month
