To ensure accurate processing of payroll for all associates and to provide managers with daily and weekly reports to control labor. Process all payroll adjustments, verifying why adjustment is needed and any necessary follow-up. Processing all vacations, tips, commissions and monetary/hourly adjustments. Processing all deductions, pay increases, terminations, direct deposits, and tax information. Garnishments for Domestic Relations, IRS, PHEAA, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.)

  • Process payroll on Bi-weekly basis, including earning, deductions, taxes and benefits.
  • Process external reports, such as 401k, Federal taxes etc.
  • Submit and reconcile Direct Deposit
  • Preparing payroll checks for distribution.
  • Answer payroll questions and inquires form associates.
  • Process Quarterly tax reports.
  • Process annual reports, and W-2’s.
  • Participate in annual audits.
  • Resolve Web Portal technical issues.
  • Train all new Managers on payroll software
  • Provide all managers with proper information to ensure all associates receive an accurate paycheck.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the records.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
