Are you an expert in Pay Per Click Marketing? If so, then we might have the perfect role for you! We are hiring a Pay Per Click Specialist to join our marketing team.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, and an excellent verbal and written communicator. Must have a passion for being an expert in the topic at hand and a desire to stay ahead of the curve in Pay Per Click platforms, trends, and evolutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead keyword research to identify market opportunities for PPC
• Develop and implement A/B testing programs to maximize conversion rates
• Measure and improve key performance indicators such as traffic, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversion, contacts, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, opportunities, sales, spending, ROI
• Stays up-to-date on PPC and digital marketing trends and communicate potential opportunities and risks
• Coordinates the development of campaign assets, such as landing pages, tracking codes, and lead capture forms to integrate with reporting tools
• Highly experienced and skilled in PPC (pay-per-click) – significant agency or in-house experience
• You’ll have experience of managing projects with online agencies - to include the complete end-to-end process from targets, budgets, online formats and messaging to tracking for results, post campaign analysis (either from client or agency side)
• You’ll have a background in PPC and programmatic technology
• You’ll have the ability to innovate and think creatively
• Excellent communication skills are essential in this role
• Demonstrates passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and developing recommendations on new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of PPC experience in high volume account/campaign environment
• Hands on PPC experience planning of the channel
• Knowledge of 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM
• Understands or has experience with multi-step conversion funnel leads -> bookings -> revenue
• Passionate about driving marketing performance and ROI
• Proven experience of managing significant marketing budgets and accountability for meeting revenue targets.
• Knowledge of home services and/or law firm marketing
• Demonstrable, hands-on track record of using digital marketing to transform channel(s) revenue and customer acquisition
• Excellent networker with ability to collaborate, motivate, and influence others
• Must be able to roll up your sleeves—this is a hands-on position as well as a strategic one

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• No weekends

Experience:

• Google Analytics: 3 years (Preferred)
• Google AdWords: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
