Following their tremendous success in NYC, renowned James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Keith McNally and Stephen Starr are collaborating once again to bring the iconic French brasserie Pastis to the Wynwood Art District of the Magic City.
Opening this April, Pastis Miami will feature some of the many elements it's known and loved for. The dining room features a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors. The expansive space, inclusive of a breathtaking glass-covered patio, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare in a timeless Parisian brasserie, no matter the weather.
We are seeking a talented Pastry Cook who is eager to learn and passionate about all things desserts!

Requirements:
- 1+ years of pastry experience in reputable high-volume restaurants
- Passion for French cuisine, classic techniques, and impeccable execution
- Experience in dessert, ice cream, and pastry production
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in plating
- Ability to multitask while maintaining the quality standards of the restaurant
