Mission: To provide process and management of the assets that Dayspring Restoration utilizes to serve its customers. Plan, direct, and coordinate purchasing, warehousing, and distribution needs throughout the organization. Manage logistics and procurement for large losses. Create policies and/or procedures for logistic activities. Direct distribution to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness objectives.

Vehicle Fleet

• Keep an active inventory of all fleet vehicles including mileage and maintenance
• Research, recommend, and implement GPS tracking system
• Oversight of maintenance and repairs for each location
• Conduct needs assessments for each location, implement systematic replacement or procurement

Equipment

• Implement and oversee inventory system for all restoration equipment and tools. Take monthly inventories at each location
• Work with regional managers to develop capital budgets
• Manage approval of repairs
• Ensure all equipment is branded and labeled

Facilities

• Implement and oversee system locations for tools, supplies, equipment and vehicles
• Work closely with regional managers to identify, resolve, and recommend assets and logistics needs of each branch

Transport

• Work with regional managers to move equipment in the event of large losses and surge events
• Occasional travel to large losses, to assist with large equipment set-up, operation, and troubleshooting
