We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our team at Sunnyside in Elkhorn. As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items according to recipe and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution
• Meet special guest requests while maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain complete knowledge of the correct maintenance and use of food service and preparation equipment
• Uphold professionalism in conduct and demeanor with staff, ownership, customers, and vendors
• Maintain kitchen recipes and par levels in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Flexibility to work morning/early afternoon shifts
• Passion for food and willingness to learn and expand culinary knowledge
