We are looking to add a Paralegal to our successful and ever-growing legal team here in St. Louis, Missouri. Successful Paralegal candidates will be flexible, fun-loving, self-motivated, efficient, detail oriented, and have superior organizational skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Assist in preparation of first drafts of documents
- Assist attorneys with various tasks as they arise
- Identify & communicate potential issues with documentation
- Contract review and organization
- Finalize & consolidate final contracts and exhibits for execution to owners
- Assist with tracking team work flow and communication between operations teams and legal team
- Obtain necessary information to prepare statutorily required forms for construction projects and record in appropriate jurisdiction
- Assist in preparation of training materials, organizing existing training resources, and preparation of power point presentations
- Coordinate, administer and verify data inside our CounselLink application for our operations team to access and use
- Prepare closing binders on transactions
- Input attorney revisions to other documents as requested (Contracts, Contractor’ Consents, Estoppel Certificates, NDAs, Leases, Lease Amendments, Subordination Agreements, Affidavits, etc.)
- Administer corporate withdrawals and registrations
- Coordinate with Controllers on insurance and A305 qualification statements
- Create and maintain various template agreements
- Flexibility and willingness to collaborate with others to accomplish tasks
- 3-10 years' of related experience
- Paralegal or other college degree program, with real estate, construction or transactional training or experience
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Worldox and/or CounselLink a plus
