We are looking for and hiring the very best caregivers for our clients!

Always Best Care is currently looking for Overnight In-Home Aides in the Black Mountain area.

Responsibilities include assistance with personal care needs, meal preparation, companionship, general household assistance, light housekeeping and potential transportation to and from appointments.

We offer competitive pay based on experience ($13-16 / hour), flexible scheduling, performance and referral bonuses, and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation and a safe driving record.

Clear criminal background check and clear drug and alcohol screen

Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results

Good Communication Skills

Previous verifiable caregiving experience as an In-Home Caregiver or in a senior community is preferred.

Dependability and reliability in job performance are keys.
