Ulbrich is seeking an Outside/Field Sales Representative to expand its customer base with strategic sales strategies for all Ulbrich products including Service Center, Strip Mill and Wire Product. We are seeking a motivated and successful outside sales professional with a proven track record who can make a significant contribution selling our products. You will determine customer needs for new products and establish new client business. You will assume a proactive sales leadership role in developing, building, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers while working closely with our inside sales, management, and technical staff.
Requirements for qualified applicants include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of sales experience;
- Ability to meet established business goals and deadlines;
- That ability to sell a technical product and provide exemplary customer service;
- Proven track record of developing strategic sales and building new business;
- Ability to develop and meet sales forecasts;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and CRM software;
- Must be proactive, and a self-starter;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; and
- Ability to travel extensively, including overnight.
