Glentronics, a family-owned business located in Lincolnshire, IL, is seeking a new member for our team. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to process all aspects of customer orders in an efficient and timely manner. Will also assist other departments such as Account Receivable and Accounts Payable as needs arise. This position allows for close collaboration with the sales team to help offer excellent customer service experience and will also communicate with shipping department to ensure product is sent on time. Glentronics offers an environment that will allow the candidate to become part of the process of ensuring our customers are fully supported. SAP experience and working with retail customers is a plus.

• Receive and process EDI orders
• Enter orders into system
• Confirm orders
• Invoice orders
• Setting up new customers
• QC orders for accuracy
• Work closely with Shipping department
• Answer customer calls
• Work with Inside sales team
• Set up new customers
• Process customer returns

Qualifications

• Order processing or customer service – 1 Year
• Detail oriented
• SAP a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
