We are a busy optometric practice in Scottdale and are looking to add someone to our team. Previous experience in optometry is great but not necessary.

What we would love to see in our next employee:

Top-notch customer service skills (in person and on the phone)
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Become competent and knowledgable of insurance practices, terminology, etc.
Ease with sales and explaining products to patients
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them from start to finish
An up-beat attitude willing to learn and grow
authorizing and billing vision insurance plans
Recommending Frames/Lenses
Friendly demeanor with good communication skills
Comfortable with using computers (web browsers, EMR)
Prompt and dependable
