JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Operator 1

Department:Supply Chain

Reports To: Operations Lead

Direct Reports: None

I. Objective:

This position contributes to the success of Überlube by directly working in the manufacturing front lines to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, quality, and productivity. This individual must work in a team to achieve production performance standards and expectations given from higher management.

II. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Being a part of production operations by executing assembly line and packaging expectations

· Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

· Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

· Provides quality service by following organization standards.

· Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.

· Box, wrap and pack the merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards

· Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.

· Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise.

· Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· This role requires lifting to 45 lbs. occasionally and may require operation of a forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally.

III. Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred.

· Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker.

· Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage.

· Bilingual in English / Spanish.

· may require off-shift and weekend work.

IV. Physical Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
