Job description
The Onboarding Program Manager supports the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) / G1 (Personnel) Directorate. Facilitates the monthly MEDCoE civilian and military Onboarding Program. Services include maintaining the onboarding program with accurate, up-to-date, and relevant guidance. Facilitates onboarding tasks with responsible parties to ensure all new civilian employees have successful onboarding with the MEDCoE. The contractor shall develop and maintain a 30 day / 60 day / 90 day / 6 month / 1 Year milestones for accomplishing Command and Army Level directed training and certifications (i.e., Foundation Course / Supervisory Development Course, etc.).
Required Education:
BA/BS Degree
Required Experience:
· Possess excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skill; be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
· Extensive skill level in written and oral communications sufficient to provide clear and accurate information to targeted audiences.
· Be capable of learning and utilizing current and emerging military and commercial technology.
· Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and incorporated programs to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access and be able to troubleshoot basic computer hardware and software required for services being provided under each individual task order.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Four (4) to ten (10) years’ experience and knowledge of successful personnel onboarding
· Ability to maintain accurate, up to date, and relevant guidance.
· Ability to quickly assimilate new onboarding methods and processes and inform others.
· Knowledge of Army organization and structure
· Knowledge of Army medical organization and structure
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of Army Training Systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,500.00 per year
