Our Company is growing and is searching for candidates for the position of an Office Manager / Executive Admin.  If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below.

What you might be working on:

  • Serve in key role that combines Office Manager, Executive Admin and Select HR Functionality for a growing, creative and majority remote Company.
  • Support Company operations by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including mailing, supplies and equipment needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle internal and external requests and queries appropriately (calls, messages other correspondence).
  • Maintain select executive diaries, meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements
  • Help recruit, select, orient, and train employees.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Lead the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing interviews, issuing employment contracts, and onboarding new employees.
  • Lead and update performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Perform and plan orientations and off-site engagement activities.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Office Manager or Exec Admin roles..
  • Effective people management skills knowledge of HR administration / payroll.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
