RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center located in Oak Ridge, TN, has an opening for a full-time Office Coordinator on our new startup Mobile Health Clinic (MHC). This position will be scheduled Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.About the MHC: We are offering the opportunity to be a part of the startup of this innovative program, which will provide integrated primary care and behavioral health services to rural locations, and to serve in a key role on a newly formed MHC team in providing those services. A highly specialized and customized vehicle (aka Mobile Health Unit) will serve as the base of operation for the Office Manager, as well as the other members of the team (i.e. Family Nurse Practitioner, Behavioral Health Clinician, Case Manager/Care Coordinator and Peer Recovery Specialist). The MHC multidisciplinary team will travel to designated locations within Ridgeview's service area in order to provide increased access to basic health care, mental health and substance use treatment in historically underserved communities. The program will utilize a team-based model of care which includes mental health counseling, primary health care, case management/care coordination, supportive employment services and access to a peer recovery specialist. We are excited about this opportunity to bring hope, healing and recovery to Fentress, Campbell, Scott, Morgan, and Union counties in the form of a Mobile Health Clinic.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, mental health, or medical/dental office preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ccomputer literacy, and problem solving ability
- Must exercise discretion, good judgment, empathy, and compassion in communicating with others.
You will be the face of Ridgeview's Mobile Health Clinic, welcoming and assisting clients and visitors. Under direction, this position leads, oversees, and participates in the process for clients seeking services, connecting walk-in clients with services, scheduling initial and follow-up appointments, processing benefit verification and service authorizations as required, and monitoring incoming phone calls. Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and medical record policy to ensure that records meet standards and requirements. This position acts as a service expert and liaison for clients to obtain services at Ridgeview and/or other agencies.
