White-Glove Storage and Delivery is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry. At White Glove, we work with high-end exclusive businesses and clientele. Our company is responsible for receiving, storing, and moving fully furnished, high-end homes all across Atlanta and delivering across the country throughout the year.

The Representative/Data Entry role is responsible for the management of the accounts with regards to customer satisfaction, all forms of client communication and quality work. The role builds and maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors and vendors, i.e. Interior designers, Architects and furniture vendors. Data Entry/CSR role is also responsible for reporting and escalating any issues.

Account Managers Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assists in moves and high-end, exclusive installation projects.
  • Assists existing clientele as well as builds new business via email, phone, online presentations, and occasional in-person meetings
  • Clearly communicate the progress of accounts to external stakeholders
  • Responsible to insure the customer’s complete satisfaction
  • Once trained, have the ability to submit estimates to our clients, existing and potential
  • Handle immediate escalations with the client before being escalated internally
  • Assist in data entry within our operating system when needed
  • Friendly and professional phone manner when answering the general phone line

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in the customer service/scheduling
  • Sales experience (Preferred)
  • The candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel (making formulas, etc.)
  • Experience in scheduling personnel/assisting scheduling with PM for fleet.
  • Seeking someone with great communication skills between departments and our client-base
  • Seeking candidate that can take ownership of their work and take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-$20 per hour DOE
