Overview: Health Advocates for Older People promotes safe and healthy aging through programs and services designed to facilitate independent living, physical well-being, and greater social interaction.
We are seeking a competent Program and Office Assistant to help with the daily administrative and programmatic operations of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the running and oversite of program activities.
- Prepare and maintain program calendars and send monthly, weekly, and daily schedules of classes, events, and activities.
- Ensure that the office runs smoothly.
- Respond to emails and answer calls and relay messages received to appropriate staff.
- Manage accounts payable and credit card donations using QuickBooks.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment and management.
- Prepare regular reports and letters as requested.
- Produce and manage all social media content.
- Order office supplies and materials as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of major events.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business studies, business administration, human services, or a combination of these.

Salary: $45,000- $55,000 depending on experience.
