Air Doctor is seeking a creative individual to become a part of our growing team! The Office Assistant II is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty and rebate claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty/rebate claims and submitting them to the appropriate party.
Reports to: Office Manager/Service Manager
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently review and process warranty/rebate claims.
- Update customer files as information is received from installation (Extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
- Take incoming calls
- Processes all warranty/rebate paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Verifies criteria required by manufacturers.
- Document and track claims through completion.
- Communicating extensively with vendors and customers.
- Permitting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer Skills
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, warranty claims, and/or rebates.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HVAC industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- QuickBooks Online
- Marketing/Social Media Management a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
