Gungho Marketing is a well-established and rapidly growing business to business marketing agency headquartered in Poundbury, Dorchester with offices globally in the UK and USA.

We work with exciting and dynamic international technology companies, who engage our services to drive their sales acceleration and growth programmes in Europe, Asia-Pacific & the Americas.

We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to join our fun and lively Charlotte office, this is a part time role, working 3 hours a day, Monday to Thursday.

The Office Administrator reports into the HR Director and is a central role in the day-to-day administration & smooth running of our office facility & essential support to the Senior Team Lead.

Responsibilities include:

· Reception service, meeting and greeting guests and visitors to the building, first point of contact for external phone calls.

· Communication with Senior Team Lead on any issues with the office facilities.

· New Employees - Induction to the building on first day, printing out new starter packs ready for their first day, setting up equipment ready for first day including liaising with Monkey puzzle to for laptop set up.

· Ordering & replenishing of stationary & kitchen items.

· Ensuring office is clean and tidy, clearing up the kitchen during the day.

· Employee Engagement Activities admin including, buying food/drinks, decorations, setting up room with decs and food, clearing up.

· Sorting & organizing the receipt & sending of post

· Photocopying & printing various documents.

· Booking locations in conjunction with the Senior Team Lead for training events & Gungho staff days out/parties.

The ideal candidate will be highly IT literate, especially with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word. You will have great organizational skills, good use of initiative and be able to pick things up quickly and manage your own workflow with little supervision or guidance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a close eye for detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
