Better Business Cleaning provides dependable, quality, hassle-free commercial cleaning. We are a 27 year old company based in Frederick, Colorado with a large and growing customer base. We’re looking for a Nighttime Supervisor who manages a team of cleaners across multiple buildings in Northern Colorado. The role is responsible for ensuring that all of our contracted buildings are cleaned to the Better Business Cleaning standard, that our cleaners have everything they need to perform their job, and that we are cleaning according to the agreed upon task list with the customers.
This role will require cleaning buildings as necessary, but also involves managing the overall evening operations- training new cleaners, doing first cleanings with new hires, conducting on-site inspections, working with the cleaners should there be any challenges (lock-outs, alarm issues, supply challenges, etc.) addressing all issues that arise when the cleaners are on site.
You will be measured on:

· Internal inspections done regularly on all buildings
· Software tool for cleaners is accurate and regularly updated
· All emergency issues dealt with in a timely manner

Requirements

· Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
· Must be able to pass a drug test.
· Must be able to speak and understand English, fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
· Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
· Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury.
Experience, Knowledge, and Education
· Commercial cleaning experience a plus
· Customer first attitude, any customer experience roles are a bonus!
· People Management experience not required but highly preferred
· High School / GED
