Shift: Monday – Friday, mandatory overtime

Hourly Rate: $20.50/hr + $1.25/hr night differential for hours worked after 5pm

This is a very physical and labor intensive job, requiring you be on the go and on your feet or on a forklift for majority of your shift, and lifting WAXIE's products. While we want everyone to feel comfortable, our ability to control the temperature in our warehouses is limited to swamp coolers and working conditions are impacted by seasons and the weather.

Paid Time Off: 10 paid holidays, vacation and sick days are pro-rated for part-time employees.

Led by our Night Warehouse Supervisor, our team ensures inventory is properly received, distributed, and shipped to our customers - the WAXIE way!

• Utilize RF devices to properly pick merchandise for palletization in a team environment.
• Strategically build and palletize loads for local distribution.
• Load delivery trucks per load sheet guidelines.
• Process and pack orders for shipment via UPS Worldship.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One year of experience in a warehouse environment required.
• Previous experience utilizing material handling equipment (forklift, scissor lift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck and baler) required.
• Knowledge of RF system a plus.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $16.93 - $22.94
The compensation range reflects the Company’s current grade for this role and reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
