Thriving health and wellness clinic in North Liberty is excited to fill the New Patient Coordinator position with a friendly, outgoing, organized person who would love to be involved with helping patients and expanding our community service outreach. No experience necessary, training is paid!

Duties include:

• Going over new patient intake forms with patients
• Making appointment confirmation calls
• Organizing new patient folders
• Teaching new patients how to use at home equipment/nutritional supplements
• Organizing community outreach events
• Posting on social media
• Following with new patients
• Patient testimonials

Good candidates should

• Care about the health and well being of patients, coworkers and themselves
• Get along well with all different personality types
• Have patience to explain complex information to people who have never heard what you are showing them
• Be a quick learner
• Must be organized
• Must be a great multitasker
• Be a great team player
• Be goal oriented and interested in growing the clinic and themselves

Starting pay for this position is $15/hour plus bonuses with LOTS of room for growth and advancement for the right person.
