We have partnered with one of the the largest Active Adult builders in the country to find a New Home Sales Counselor to join their team in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
This opportunity requires an avid salesperson who is eager to help match people with their perfect home. A New Home Sales Consultant will be placed within 1 community to learn inside and out. This gives someone the stability to know their product entirely.
*New Home Sales experience is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated ability to actively communicate with prospective buyers
- Multitasking abilities
- Excitement for sales
- Must be able to successfully use a CRM system, internet, office programs, and other technology tools used for new home sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
