Music Associate - Youth Music and Worship Assistant
Job description
The Music Associate at Sheridan Lutheran Church directs our Youth Music (6th through 12th Grade) including youth praise singers, band and youth choir for our Wednesday evening services. This person also oversees and leads the Saturday evening worship service about 3 times per month, assists the Worship Arts Director with weekend worship and rehearsals as needed, and supports the worship arts staff. Currently this is a part-time position with some schedule flexibility. Experience with church music and working with youth is desired. A music degree is preferred. Ability to sing well and play an instrument is needed.
