We are Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson located in Southaven Mississippi. We are the highest volume Harley dealer in the mid-south and a proud part of the Defcon Powersports team. We are currently looking for a Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Sales Associate to join our parts team!

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of retail sales experience required

• Must be comfortable with a commission sales environment (we pay hourly plus commission)

• Dealership parts experience a plus (motorcycle or automotive work!) but, not required

• Harley-Davidson experience a huge plus but, not required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Recommend motorcycle parts and accessories products, share product history and specifications.

• Completing purchases through Point of Sale System.

• Ordering parts from vendors, receiving and log merchandise into inventory, tag merchandise and arrange on store shelves.

• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, neat, and appealing to customers.

• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports, etc.).

• Interface with the Service Department regarding updates on product estimated time of delivery, back orders and shipment delays.

• With the assistance of the Parts Manager, resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to “making things right”.

• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
