Minimum Job Expectations:

• Greet all customers in a timely manner with terrific energy and positivity
• Explore customer needs to identify what products or services the customer is looking for
• Recommend solutions that best fit the customer’s lifestyle and budget
• Maximize every sales opportunity each and every time
• Achieve personal, store and corporate goals each month
• Help each other with roll play to improve sales techniques
• Celebrate milestones and successes with fellow team members
• Complete daily check lists for opening, closing and cleaning (depending on shift)
• Restock and clean as needed for a clean, organized, and well-maintained store

Pay:

Wireless Retail Sales Associates are paid a base hourly rate and are eligible for additional bonuses based on achieving performance goals each month. Additionally, there are often SPIFs and contests to push your compensation even higher!

Employees are eligible for Benefits after one year of full-time employment.

Pay is via direct deposit and issued every-other week on Fridays.

Scheduling

Full Time – A typical shift is 5 days a week with alternating weekends and holidays, 35-40 hours per week.

Part Time – A typical shift is 4 days a week with alternating weekends and holidays, 24-30 hours per week.

Part Time (evenings) – A typical shift is 5 days a week (Tues – Sat), 20-25 hours per week.
