Job description
Petitpren Inc. is a beer distributor located in Clinton Township, MI, servicing Macomb County and a portion of the Wayne County area centered around Hamtramck. A leader among beer distributors since 1933, we work every day to provide the highest quality of products and superior service to our customers.
The Merchandiser's main responsibility is to ensure product is stocked, maintained, displayed and rotated in local stores. In addition, the Merchandiser needs to effectively communicate with store management and staff ensuring all needs are met and to provide signage, POS (point of sale) recommendations.
Shift: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Saturday or Sunday.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have favorable drug screen and background
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Must have availability to work on the holidays
Merchandiser’s job duties include but not limited to:
- Transporting product between backroom and display floor (ex: with pallet jack)
- Replenishing, facing and rotating product
- Building, changing, maintaining, and breaking down product displays
- Monitor and communicate back stock inventory levels
- Picking up empty pallets from stores and returning to warehouse
- Able to work with a diverse group of people and customers
- Mileage reimbursement provided according to IRS guidelines

Pay: $16.00 per hour
