STRUCTURE RESOURCES is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with an Engineering background to work in the northern Phoenix, AZ area. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a broad understanding of Semiconductor Facilities Design processes and experience in Startup and interacting with Local Jurisdiction. The successful individual will be part of a team to execute an existing program for on-going projects, improve business processes, improve performance metrics, and deliver new facilities systems to meet construction milestones critical to enable the company’s success. The Design Manager is accountable for the successful execution of the design process and driving the overall permitting process. This entails coordinating with the design firms, client internal stakeholders, and Local JHA to the agreed scope, in the agreed timescale, utilizing the agreed resources and delivering to the predefined quality requirements. Salary range is $175K- $200K+ (depending on experience). Local Candidates preferred but will look at relocation assistance for the right candidate.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Report to the Site Program Manager.
• Ensure clarity of and communicate roles and responsibilities.
• Manage all employees of the department and responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
• Ensure project reporting and decision-making processes are robust and timely.
• Actively identify all materials of project change, ensuring appropriate & timely assessment and review are performed.
• Maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure business requirements are effectively delivered against project objectives, communicating deliverables and responsibilities while encouraging collaboration among the team and client.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment involving varying priorities and schedules.
• Develop, determine, and implement policies, procedures, and programs.
• Review and analyze proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of semiconductor facility experience.
• High levels of drive, energy, and resilience with ability to take the initiative.
• Proven track record of leading and developing strong teams.
• Ability to work well in diverse teams and proven aptitude to influence others to achieve positive outcomes.
• Must have knowledge of the applicable codes and standard for industrial construction, with a preference for semiconductor industrial experience. Candidate should have detailed knowledge of ASME B31.3, NFPA 70, NFPA 54 and IBC Chapter 17 as well as general knowledge of other applicable codes and standards.
• 5 plus years of large project and construction design management experience preferred with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with document control and commissioning software such as PM Web, Latista, or other programs would be beneficial.
