Longevity Aesthetics and Laser Spa is a growing Medical Spa with two locations in Oklahoma City. Longevity specializes in products, advanced anti-aging techniques, regenerative/functional medicine, and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

We are looking to add a highly motivated Sales and Reception Beauty Concierge to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Check clients in and out while assuring the highest level of patient satisfaction
• Consult and educate prospective patients on products
• Engage and respond to inquiries via email, social media, phone, and face-to-face product consultations with current and potential patients from initial inquiry to follow-up after care
• Provide treatment scheduling support
• Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public
• Book appointments from calls and leads
• Act as a liaison between the Patient and the Providers
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the sales field - preferably in the beauty industry
• Candidate must possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance, with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
• Highly accurate and detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
• An energetic, reliable, and flexible individual with outstanding interpersonal skills

Work authorization:

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
