Medical Records Coordinator for GSHC Surrogacy & Egg Donation
Job description
GSHC Surrogacy & Egg Donation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for requesting and reviewing surrogate and egg donor medical records to ensure that they meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fertility or medical industries, with specific experience in IVF and/or fertility clinics preferred.
Responsibilities:
● Request and review surrogate and egg donor medical records
● Verify that medical records meet our high standards and ensure accuracy of information
● Communicate with medical providers to obtain additional information if needed
● Organize and maintain medical records in a secure and confidential manner
● Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of medical record requests
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
● Experience in the fertility or medical industries preferred
● Familiarity with IVF and/or fertility clinics preferred
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Attention to detail and ability to work independently
● Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
