• Mechanic

Location:

• White Bear Lake

Pay:

• $25+ DOE
• DIRECT HIRE AVAILABLE - for qualified candidates

Skills Required:

• Mechanic's tools, knowledge of engines/motors/ trucks
• Mechanic's skills and experience.
• Diesel, hydraulic, electric, pump assembly, and chassis work are all helpful.
• Must know how to read a tape measure.
• Must know how to interpret prints or schematics (does not have to be proficient)
• 1-3 years of experience

Physical Requirements:

• Bend, twist, and use repetitive hand motion.
• Lifting 50# is typical, with some heavier lifting with equipment and crew assistance.
• Perform repetitive work while moving around, under, and over equipment on the production floor 95% of the time.

Expected Results:

• It is expected that each associate will have good attendance, be trainable, and have a positive attitude.
• Training of at least 2 full weeks is expected before the associate should "know what they're doing". It takes a full year to be proficient.
