San Marcos Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently hiring a MDS Coordinator for our skilled nursing facility. We are Hays County’s Premier Location for Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. Come join our team!
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active license to practice as a RN/ LVN in the state of Texas.
- As a minimum, one year of experience as a nurse in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Experience with RAI process and MDS certification preferred.
