Job description

· Efficiently and safely process, pack, weigh and label beef, pork, lamb, veal, chicken & ground beef products

· Operate packaging machines & sealing machines using established procedures

· Pack and label boxes following set procedures with attention to detail

· Properly inspect equipment before each use for cleanliness, and quality assurance, and complete the Daily Inspection Check List. Will be required to clean up and break down sections each day.

· Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, procedures, and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

· Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.

· Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by management.

· Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday, 7 am until the end (typically about 3 pm or 4 pm)
