Welder | DOE + Quarterly Bonus

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Aventure Staffing is looking for Welders for our client in Blue Earth, MN! Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and tape measures
• Requisition raw materials per prints
• Build quality products within the set production time standards
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welders, cutting torches, and grinders
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Clean up and inspect parts for quality

Requirements:

• One year of welding experience helpful but not required
• Ability to read blue prints
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• High School Diploma or GED

Benefits & Pay:

• Starting pay: $18/hour DOE
• Paid every Friday

• Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements)
