Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the data analytics and data governance teams in the analysis and management of data across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Support the data governance and reporting functions of the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify opportunities for effectively improving data accuracy
- Participate in data quality initiatives
- Assist with data management tasks, including data collection, cleansing, and analysis.
- Develop reports and visualizations using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Provide support for data-related issues, including troubleshooting data quality issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in the implementation of new data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide input and recommendations on data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) preferred or commensurate years of experience.
- 2-4 years in a similar support/analytical role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of excel (pivot tables, VLook-ups, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of data governance and data management principles is a plus.
