Reports to the Business Development Manager, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join the team!

Pay: $25-$29 per hour

Status: Temp to hire

Location: La Palma, CA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (training period may require 5 days onsite)

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm with half hour lunch (can adjust within 7am to 6pm window)

What you’ll be doing:

· Work with SEO agency to update content to reflect current SEO trends. This includes copyedit, proofread and optimize content.

· Manage content calendar. Set monthly priorities and ensure content projects are completed on-time.

· Must have WordPress experience

· Monitor site security and perform all necessary product related updates.

· Report monthly on website performance metrics.

· Repair any broken links and fix any reported bugs.

· Manage dealer locator. Reply to user queries in a timely fashion.

· Meet with core group regularly to discuss current and future functionality.

· This position will handle ad hoc short-term projects to further increase efficiency within the marketing team.

Your strengths and experience may include:

· Minimum 2 years website coordinator experience; consumer brand a plus

· Must be proficient in WordPress and plug-ins

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

· Experience using the following tools and software: MS Office, Google Analytics, Google Search Console; Working knowledge of SEMRush

· Experience with web server/web-hosting management

· Excellent listening, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required

· Attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
