Husch Blackwell LLP is a full-service litigation and business law firm with multiple locations across the United States, serving clients with domestic and international operations. We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator. This position may be filled remotely or in any of our office locations.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing our gifting and branded merchandise platform, fulfilling sponsorship requests, and assisting with other marketing and administrative duties as needed. Essential job functions include:
- Manage the firm’s gifting and branded merchandise platform, including coordinating branding of gift and swag selection with brand team.
- Build and maintain relationship with gifting platform vendor.
- Work with internal customers to ensure gifting platform meets their needs.
- Work with the creative services team to fulfill requests related to sponsorships including ad creative, and shipping/receiving branded materials.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain the firm’s creative workflow management tool and intranet resource platform.
- Update content and format materials to ensure consistency with firm's visual identity system and brand guidelines.
- Assist event planners by creating and updating invitation lists, preparing mailings and seminar materials, developing surveys and compiling data, and conducting research as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining current versions of client development materials. Regularly audit materials to ensure use of current content and consistent formatting and style.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Repetitive Motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- The physical requirements of this position:
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
- The visual acuity requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision:
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
- The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position:
- The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related area preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required, preferably in marketing and/or professional services environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent project management skills; capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
- Proficiency with lnDesign (Adobe CS5) required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat required.
- Experience with website content management systems and HTML preferred.
- Experience with email marketing software a plus.
- Experience with Interaction preferred.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the Denver, CO market is expected to range between $48,000- $71,000, in Los Angeles the market is expected to range between $55,000 - $81,000, and in Oakland the market is expected to range between $56,000 - $82,000. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
