What You'll Do:

Further your career today as a Marketing Sourcing Consultant! Our consultants negotiate strategic marketing related contracts to solve hard problems in ways that benefit our customers yet work for our business. You will be part of the Global Sourcing team who are passionate about providing the most value to our business partners!

Your day could look like this:

• Coach and influence internal and external leaders and teams to promote standard processes in category management and achieve business results
• Develop sourcing initiative strategy according to the total cost of ownership model, internal data and market intelligence
• Collaborate with internal leaders to develop procurement requirements. Direct and complete all aspects of strategic sourcing for medium-to-high complexity (dollar and risk) third-party needs, through negotiation of a variety of agreements as well as transaction agreements for purchases.
• Lead supply & demand planning, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation
• Support audit compliance and risk management efforts

Who You Are:

Job level

• B.S. required, supply chain management or other business degree preferred.
• 4+ years related experience required.
• Experience in marketing, advertising or a related field, specifically with regards to the development of scopes of work and deliverables for suppliers and vendors.

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

• Proven track record to engage with business partners and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Experience in Demand/ Supply Planning and Spend Analysis/ Supply Chain Mapping preferred.
• Interest in solving complex problems and challenging/influencing partners.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are vital

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $63750 - $147600 / year Additional Information:

Work Environment

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
